aZMAL KASAB
PAYS THE PRICE
MAY THE SOULS
OF HIS VICTIMS
NOW R.I.P.
From 26-Nov-2008 to 21-Nov-2012 – for almost 4
long years, India waited for the FAIR & JUST Indian legal process to come
to an end, finally leading to the hanging of the International terrorist, Ajmal
Kasab, who came from across India’s Borders to carry out the cowardly and
dastardly terrorist attack in Mumbai.
He was the lone surviving gunman in the Mumbai
attack of November 26, 2008 and he is understood to have been kept at the Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai all this time.
Finally, the entire Judicial process came to an
end, including the rejection of the prayer for Presidential Pardon.
Now, thankfully, Justice has been done in the fiarest manner possible and
Ajmal Kasab has been hanged in the high-security Yerwada Jail in Pune. May the Souls of his Victims now Rest in Peace.
The Terrorists across
the border are still unrepentant and that is what India has to take serious note
of.
The world should take
note of the extreme Patience, sense of Justice and regard for legal process
that India displayed in all these four years – despite clinching evidence of
Kasab’s crimes. There can never be more proof
on any killing anywhere in the world, as India could produce before the world,
in respect the terrorist attack and killings by Kasab and his accomplices.
If Pakistan is still in
denial mode, it has to realize that this denial mode and the closing of eyes to
terrorist activities on its soil are primarily responsible for all its ills,
national and international.
Unfortunately, India
also has to pay the price for Pakistan’s Blindness, being such a geographically
close neighbor.
India and the rest of
the world must never accept Pakistan’s argument, that it is itself a sufferer
of terrorism. True, it is, but the
blame for it rests squarely on
Pakistan. It need not suffer terrorism – unless it wants to breed it on its
soil. Terrorism in Pakistan directly stems from its “HATE OTHERS” system of Education. Until it stop its Hate campaign
against others – it will have no right to talk of terrorism on its soil or elsewhere in the world.
If USA had to find out
its MOST WANTED TERRORIST inside Pakistan and kill him there – Pakistan has to
blame itself, for harbouring on its soil, such heinous terrorists against other countries
like USA and India.
The President of India
and the Government of India deserve warm congratulations. 4 years may be long
by International standards – but in Indian conditions, it is not that long.
I only wish that the Government of India and
the State Governments in India show GREATER RESOLVE in punishing the local
bullies who take away our own FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION – and get away with it.
If we tolerate a known bully
today, he will become ten bullies by next month, a hundred bullies by next year
and who knows, he may graduate into a terrorist tomorrow. Let us not commit the
same mistakes as Pakistan.
