HDFC Bank Limited has informed - that the Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of Rs. 8/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (i.e. 400 %) - for the year ended March 31, 2015.

Yes Bank Limited has informed - regarding a press release dated April 23, 2015, titled "Yes Bank Board approves proposal to increase FII/FPI limits to 74%".

Cera Sanitaryware Limited has informed - that the Board of Directors  has recommended a dividend of Rs. 6.25 (125%) per fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 5/- each.

Mahindra & Mahindra Limited has informed - regarding a press release dated April 22, 2015, titled "Mahindra inaugurates its extended automotive manufacturing facility at Zaheerabad in Telangana".

National Fertilizers Limited has informed - that with reference to announcement dated March 05, 2015 vide which the Company have informed that the Vijaipur-I Plant was to remain under Annual Turn around w.e.f. March 04, 2015 and was expected to resume production by 3rd week of April, 2015. The Company has informed that after completion of shutdown, urea plant has resumed production w.e.f. April 16, 2015.

Rallis India Limited has informed - regarding a press release dated April 22, 2015, titled "Q4 profits rise 10%; Board recommends final dividend of Rs 1.50 per share (Total Rs 2.50 per share)".

Biocon Limited has informed - that Syngene International Limited, a subsidiary of the Company has proposed public issue of its equity shares through 100% book building method in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India on April 22, 2015. Under the proposed issue/ shares will be offered through an offer for sale (OFS) route by Biocon Limited upto 22,000,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each for cash and at such premium as may be determined. The offer includes a reservation of 2,000,000 Equity Shares for Biocon Shareholders.

Yes Bank Limited has informed - that the Board of Directors have recommended the payment of final dividend @ Rs. 9 per equity share i.e. 90% on equity shares of the Bank - payable after it is approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Exchange has sought clarification from Century Textiles & Industries Limited with respect to recent news item captioned "Century set to cement ties with UltraTech". In this regard, Exchange have advised the Company to provide clarification/confirmation on the news item in detail including the following: a) Whether such event/negotiations/article stated in published news were taking place? Essar Ports Limited has informed - that Vadinar Liquid Terminals Limited, a subsidiary of the Company has entered into a Concession Agreement with Kandla Port Trust for development of Marine Liquid Terminal facilities consisting of one Single Point Mooring system and two Product jetties at Vadina r in Gujarat. The terms of the concession is 30 years.

Shirpur Gold Refinery Limited has informed - that the Company has incorporated a step down subsidiary namely Precious Metals Mining and Refining Limited ( PMMRL ) with Registrar of Companies, PNG having it s Registered Office at Boroko, National Capital District, Papua New Guinea. The Company is incorporated as Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Dubai Subsidiary i.e. Shirpur Gold Trading DMCC. PMMRL is incorporated with the main objects of carrying out activities of Mining and Refining of Precious Metals.

Deepak Nitrite Limited has informed - that the Company has issued Commercial Papers (CP) for 60 crores value dated April 17, 2015.These have been subscribed by HDFC Bank Limited for 30 crores each with maturity date on July 16, 2015 and September 04, 2015.The aforesaid issuance of CP is to fund working capital requirement of the Company.
