TTK HEALTHCARE HAS DECLARED ITS RESULTS FOR THE FIRST QUARTER ENDING June, 2012.

HIGHLIGHTS

Net Sales for Q1 FY 13 stands at Rs.108.49 Cr; up by      23.55% from Q4 FY 12 (Rs.87.81 Cr); and up by 17.33% from Q1 FY 12 (Rs.92.46 Cr).   

Total Expenditure for Q1 FY 13 stands at Rs.101.91 Cr; up by         22.35% from Q4 FY 12 (Rs.83.3 Cr); and up by     18.27% from Q1 FY 12 (Rs.86.17 Cr).  

Profit before Interest, Dep. & Taxes for Q1 FY 13 stands at Rs.6.57 Cr; up by          45.66% from Q4 FY 12 (Rs.4.51 Cr); and up by 4.48% from Q1 FY 12 (Rs.6.29 Cr).     

Net Profit for Q1 FY 13 stands at Rs.4.86 Cr; up by 30.72% from Q4 FY 12 (Rs.3.72 Cr); up by 10.9% from Q1 FY 12 (Rs.4.38 Cr).  

Diluted EPS for Q1 FY 13 stands at Rs.6.25; Rs.4.78 for Q4 FY 12; Rs.5.3 for Q3 FY 12; Rs.4.4 for Q2 FY 12 and Rs.5.64 for Q1 FY 12; - on a Face value of Rs.10. So, annualized EPS will be around Rs.25. On the current Market price of rs.379, the PE Ratio works out to 15.16
